Why Your Immediate Action is Required
Ongoing data verification has shown that many practitioner records either have no email address or contain outdated information. Without a valid email address:
- You will not receive your MCMIS activation link.
- You will not access your MCMIS portal and online services.

- Receive your activation link to set up your MCMIS account.
